Being happy doesn't mean everything is perfect. It means you've decided to see beyond the imperfections.

Enough for tonight.

I'm gonna go to bed. I still have lots of pictures to share of Christmas and playing in the snow! Ryleigh also had a Christmas Program at school, I will add a couple of pix from that, I was in the back, so I didn't get any great ones.... :(

New Tree

We got a new tree on clearance last year. Our old Charlie Brown one had no needles left!! Here are some pictures of the tree and the girls with the tree in the background.

And, the Birthday Girl on her acutal birthday posing by the tree!!

Every time I take a picture, she gives me the duck face.......arggghhh ;)
Love her ANYWAYS!!

Tough Little Lou!

Our first ER visit ever for any of our kiddos came on 12-23-12. Landree's head hit a corner as she fell backwards as Jason was setting her down after a piggy back ride. She was so brave and got 3 staples to the back of her head. Didn't cry once while getting the staples, shoot, she didn't even flinch. My hero. She's been having lots of fun showing all of her friends her staples!!

Getting ready for the staples!!

Once Ryleigh stopped crying for Landree, she got brave so that Landree would be brave , too!

Three Staples :(

Christmas Eve Pageant!

Ryleigh sang in the children's choir at Mass on Christmas Eve and both Ryleigh and Landree were angels in the Christmas Pageant at Mass on Christmas Eve! Since I was put in charge of the lights during the pageant, I didn't get to take pictures, so thank you dad for being my camera man!!

Happy 4th Birthday Landree Isabelle

Landree celebrated big this year. I think she opened gifts here and there for a week straight!! Then
Christmas....this girl was spoiled! First she had a visit from Gma and Gpa Z, then some stuff in the mail, then her actual day, then a party with all her friends, then a visit from Gma and Gpa Q!!! Also a big Happy 4th birthday  to our niece, Emeryn on the 23rd and her daddy, Jeremy Q on the 22nd!

Santa Visit

Every year, Jason and I search the city in hopes of finding a cute Santa that we can take a picture with that doesn't cost us an arm or leg or get us kicked out because we have our camera in hand. Every year for the past 6 years, we've had trouble. We've dealt with lines, crabby kids, expensive prices. Well, this year we found a cute Santa at an open house at the Early Childhood Center (thanks to my friend, Megan) and the line was short, the girls were happy and I took pictures with my own camera for free. It's not fancy by any means, but it works! And....it only took me 3 weeks to convince Ryleigh that if you believe, Santa is magic and will come!! Oh, and this is the first year Landree sat on Santa's lap. In fact, you will see she is so comfortable on his lap, that we almost couldn't get her off!!!! And instead of rushing the girls to ask what they wanted and getting a picture because of the lines, this time they took their sweet time and it was nice!! They were so cute asking Santa what they wanted, I actually got to hear it this year!
Waiting in line

A believer??

We had a "cryer"! All 3 with Santa!

Along with getting to sit on Santa's lap. The girls also wrote him letters and he responded. Pretty cool!
